STRATEGIC GOALS OF THE FACULTY
The development strategy of the International Medical Faculty of the B. Sydykov Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University is aimed at providing high-quality, competitive education for successful integration into the international medical field.
The main goal of the International Medical Faculty is to train highly qualified and competitive medical professionals who are:
- equipped with universal and professional competencies that enhance their social mobility and stability in the labor market;
- prepared for postgraduate education and capable of pursuing professional medical activity in their chosen field;
- highly oriented toward the needs of the individual, society, and the state.
To achieve these goals, the following objectives have been defined:
• ensuring high-quality professional education based on a combination of fundamental principles and highly qualified teaching staff;
• supporting the training and professional development of healthcare specialists who are competitive in the international labor market;
• implementing sectoral scientific and technical projects, delivering high-tech medical care, and developing new diagnostic and treatment technologies for the needs of the international healthcare system;
• ensuring the effective implementation of innovations in education and science to meet the needs of individuals, society, and the state.
